Terms and Conditions for Puppy Purchase

Purchase Contract

Call to discuss, a conversation is invaluable. Let us explain why we do what we do.

Placements for litters will be made on a first deposit, first placed basis. Placement will be made to match the pups to the stated preferences of the buyers. The 386 reserves the right to reject any placement for any reason the breeder wishes after return of the deposit.

A $300 non-refundable deposit is required, and the deposit will be refunded only if no healthy pup is available for sale at the time pups are ready to be delivered or if the breeder wishes to reject the placement of pup with purchaser. The balance of payment is due prior to pickup. If mutually agreed by buyer and breeder to ship pup, shipping, transportation certificates and crating costs are the expenses of the purchaser. Pups are available with limited registration only. Limitations on registration can be removed without additional cost as stated in the Terms and Conditions. Pups are priced based on the litter. Please call or email for information on availability, pricing, or to talk through your desires for your future hunting companion (we are easy to talk with concerning dogs and hunting, and we enjoy making friends in person or on the phone)..

The 386 reserves the right to refuse a sale to any purchaser that is determined by us as unfit or incompatible with ownership of a Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. In the event that a purchase is refused, we will refund the full deposit to the buyer.
